ABOUT JAN

Jan Hart was a top producing sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage prior to joining Beacham & Company in 2007.  In just her first three years in real estate, Hart earned life member status in the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club – an enormous achievement for an agent in such a short period of time.

An Atlanta native who grew up in the Druid Hills area, Hart sells homes in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, Druid Hills, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, and the neighborhoods along Peachtree-Dunwoody Road.

Hart participates in numerous philanthropic organizations including Theater of the Stars and the Oglethorpe University Museum of Art.  She is a member of the Dunwoody Homeowners Association and the Church of the Apostles in Buckhead.
